Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Our desire is to know that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable. There is a 15-day return policy on all merchandise, they are subject to the following conditions: Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Opened items cannot be returned unless defective. Most of the defective merchandise will be exchanged by Manufacturer of said merchandise. We do not pay for postage on returns. If you received free shipping on you order and decided to return it, actual shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price to cover our shipping cost. No shipping charges will be refunded unless a wrong item was shipped. Please contact prior to sending the item back to find out the exact shipping cost (even if you received free shipping) as it will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Defective novelty items can only be replaced with the same item only.

Return/Exchange Procedure
If you need to return an item for exchange or a refund these are your instructions. Defective Merchandise – We or the manufacturer will be happy to exchange/refund any defective product for the same title within 15 days of purchase. Once we have received and processed your return we will ship your replacement immediately. Manufacturer Defect Item Return will honor any defects within 15 days, in case it expires; you need to contact the manufacture directly. Most of our toy makers will honor 60-90 days warranty. Please find toy makers warranty inside the toy’s box. Most toys comes with a warranty form, fill out your information, print and mail with defective item as instructed. This will expedite your exchange Unopened Merchandise All unopened products are factory sealed. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a credit to appear on your account’s billing statement Opened Merchandise Unfortunately we cannot accept opened, non-defective items for credit or exchange due to health risks, only unopened or mechanically defective items are accepted for an exchange. Returned items which are not eligible for refund can be shipped back to the customer if the customer covers the shipping cost.

Summary
Items can be returned only if they are defective or have never been opened or used. There is a 15% restocking fee on all non defective merchandise. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the actual cost of shipping the order even if the buyer was not charged for it. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
